Terry DeLancey
Terry DeLancey has been with the agency since 1981.  She has extensive experience in education, administration, and community work and has seen the agency through the creation of its non-profit status, purchase of the property at 20 Sacramento Street, and the Capital Campaign to build the Maud Morgan Visual Arts Center.  Terry was educated at Boston University and Rutgers University.
