At Saturday’s Seasonal Mindfulness session Christine and Matthew will introduce a few easy breathing practices from the disciplines of Yoga and Aikido. They will present, and you will practice, both passive and active breathing methods that are considered pathways to ‘mindfulness.”
For the past six years, our teachers, Christine and Matthew, have lead the Saturdaymorning, LWN Yoga and Aikido Breathwork classes.
Christine Palamidessi M.A, 500 Yoga Alliance RYT. Christine has been practicing yoga since the 70s and teaching yoga since 2007.
Matthew Bagedonow began studying Aikido in the 70s. His teacher, Kanai Sensei, was a direct student of Morihei Ueshiba the founder of Aikido.
