The January 2018 Agassiz Neighborhood Council Meeting has been canceled. Please join us in February on Tuesday the 13th at 7:30 PM.

See below for information about an upcoming Cambridge Board of Zoning Appeal meeting which will include review of the affordable housing proposal for 1791 Mass. Ave.

Proposed Affordable Housing at 1791 Mass. Ave. – Zoning Board Review on January 11

The affordable housing proposal at 1791 Mass. Ave. & 1 & 2 Frost Terrace will be reviewed at an upcoming Cambridge Board of Zoning Appeal meeting on Thursday, January 11th.

Board of Zoning Appeal Meeting Information

Comprehensive Permit: To construct a new multi-family 100% affordable housing project with 40 residential rental units. Public Comment Options
As stated by the BZA:

“Interested persons may provide comments by appearing in person at the hearing and/or may provide written comments for the Board’s consideration by mailing or delivering them to the attention of the Secretary, Board of Zoning Appeal, 831 Mass Avenue, 02139 or by emailing them to mpacheco@cambridgema.gov.

Comments must be submitted prior to the Hearing and include the Case Number (BZA-014892-2017).”
