Submitted by on April 4, 2018 – 11:45 amNo Comment

You probably use a smart phone or a computer every day, but are there technical words people say that you just find confusing? Do you hear certain computer terminology so often that you’re embarrassed to ask what it means? This class will help demystify all of those crazy technical terms that you always wanted to know about, but didn’t know who to ask. We’ll finally get to the bottom of what things mean – like wi-fi, data, “smart” phones, networks, cookies, downloading, the cloud – and anything else you’re curious about!

No need to feel lost when technical jargon and terms are used – come to this class and ask your questions in a safe and friendly environment. Taught by LWN volunteer Janelle Sims*
