Tech Tips at Your Finger Tips: Some Strategies for Solving Tech Problems

When you have a question about using your laptop or phone, the answer is often just a few keystrokes away. Have you ever wanted to change a setting of an app, figure out a feature on your phone, enlarge the font of your email messages, or change the theme on your blog? In today’s connected world, you almost certainly aren’t the only one who has had the same question. In this class we’ll talk about and demonstrate useful ways to search for answers to simple tech questions, and how to evaluate the search results to get the help you need. Free for LWN Members, $5 for non-members
