Food Poisoning is on the Rise

Submitted by on July 19, 2018 – 10:55 amNo Comment
Food poisoning is an increasing problem in the United States. There’s no longer a handful of culprits to avoid. Contamination can happen to fruit, vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, etc. It can be a problem in industrialized food production, locally grown produce, in restaurants, and in packaged foods. It’s difficult to totally insure against foodborne illness, but you can educate yourself on food preparation, storage, and serving best practices to minimize your risk.
