On Wednesday, April 3rd, the Agassiz Neighborhood Council will host a Special Meeting on the development proposed for 74 Oxford St. The developer, William Senné, will be in attendance to answer questions in advance of an upcoming Board of Zoning Appeal meeting, where the project seeks a variance and a special permit.
