The Whistler, monthly newsletter of the Baldwin Neighborhood Council (BNC), informs residents and our community programs’ participants about neighborhood news, programs, and events. It features minutes from BNC community meetings as well as agendas for upcoming meetings. The edition date (ie. “June/July 2023”) corresponds with the month that the BNC minutes were recorded. The Whistler editorial team includes: Phoebe Sinclair, Editor; Jessica Leach, Scribe; Ashley Yee, Guest Writer & Proofreading.

The newsletter is available, September to June, by subscription as either a PDF document (free) or hardcopy (fee-based). During the COVID 19 Pandemic, hardcopies of The Whistler are available by request or for pick up at 20 Sacramento St. in the foyer.

Residents may also join our community email list to receive The Whistler as a PDF document as well as announcements, invitations, and bulletins on a variety of community issues, arts, and special events.
