The Agassiz Neighborhood Path

Welcome to the Agassiz Neighborhood Paths. Our paths are designed to delight and enlighten you as you walk. For your enjoyment we’ve identified 43 historic places and 28 types of trees, and divided them into four separate walks of about an hour each.

The Mayo Clinic recommends walking as a gentle, low-impact exercise that can lead to a higher level of fitness and health. A routine of walking five days a week for thirty minutes can help lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, manage weight and improve your mood.

Happy walking.

The Agassiz Neighborhood Paths were organized in 2011 and 2013, in association with Living Well Network.
