The Living Well Network is pleased to offer classes in yoga and tai chi, taught by experienced, well-qualified instructors. LWN fitness is targeted to those age 55+. Improve your flexibility, balance, and strength with the gentle movement of yoga and tai chi.

LWN sometimes offers classes in mindfulness, bone health, and others focused on issues of importance to the Living Well Network community.
