Silvia (she/her/hers) grew up in Ashford, CT and recently moved to Somerville in January of 2022. Silvia graduated with a Bachelors in Criminology and Sociology summa cum laude. She has a passion for advocacy and is a licensed social worker in Massachusetts. Silvia has a year of experience as an ongoing social worker with the Department of Children and Families and has the main focus of building resiliency within family units and providing therapeutic and concrete support to children. Silvia has a trauma informed, empathetic approach and a love for working with her community. Silvia is excited to be a part of fka Agassiz Baldwin Community as the Manager of Family Partnerships and Advocacy. Outside of work Silvia loves to read, write, and be outside whenever possible.
