What is YEP?
YEP (Youth Employment Program) is a program of the Agassiz Baldwin Community that provides middle school youth with the opportunity to volunteer in the community. During the school year, YEP students (often referred to as YEPs), support various programs at Agassiz Baldwin.
During the summer, our YEP program supporting Outback is the Counselor In Training (CIT) Program.

- YEPs earn a $75 stipend after successfully completing their session.
When are the school year YEP sessions?
There are three sessions during the school year. Students are able to participate in more than one session. The 2022-23 TNT program will take place on Fridays only. Application due dates for the 2022-23 school year are listed next to each session.
- Fall YEP Session: October 21st – December 23rd, 2022 (Application Closed)
- Winter YEP Session: January 13th – March 24th, 2023 (Application Closed)
- Spring YEP Session: April 14th – June 16th, 2023 (Application due March 17th)
How do I become a YEP?
- Fill out an application and submit it by the due date.
- Ask your parent or guardian to fill out the permissions.
- Complete an interview/orientation.
