The Living Well Network is pleased to offer free and low-cost classes in yoga, tai chi, and meditation taught by experienced, well-qualified instructors.
Classes are targeted to those age 55+. Improve your physical and mental flexibility, balance, and strength with the gentle movement of yoga and, and the calming benefits of mediation; or explore walking with others, some new recipes and cooking techniques , and the practice of Pilates in our Fall & Winter Sampler.
