It may be snowy outside, but we’re already gearing up for a bright and fun-filled 2011 Outback Summer Program! This year, in addition to our many daily choices, Outbackers will explore art, sports, dance, drama and more through our theme “Transformations.”

Daily activities will include:

• Arts & Crafts: in the new Maud Morgan Arts Center and shady back yard.
• Sports & Cooperative Games: including free-swim at the War Memorial Pool.
• Science & Nature Exploration: with a Science Specialist and discovery kits from the Boston Children’s Museum.
• Cooking & Growing: exploring local foods through gardening and weekly trips to the Farmer’s Market at Harvard.
• Dance & Drama: with weekly Friday performances.
