Run the Cambridge Half Marathon with us!
Are you a runner? Are you looking for a meaningful way to support the community by doing something you enjoy? We are seeking 5 runners to join our team!
How it works: Charity runners commit to raising the fundraising minimum ($500). Once charity runners have met the minimum, they will be refunded the cost of the bib by CambridgeSide. This means you run for free, and get all the swag included for a paid bib. For more information about the Half Marathon, visit the website.
Our staff will provide fundraising support and ideas to help you meet your minimum, and technical assistance to set up your own fundraising page. All funds raised will support scholarships for our Afterschool and Arts programs, which allow children and adults living in poverty or low-income households to be included in our community programs.
Deadline: We must submit our list of runners by Sep 30th, so if you are interested, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing Maria LaPage with your name and email address! We will then follow up with next steps.
What you do: Runners on charity teams must finish the 13.1 mile race, and raise at least $500 for their team’s organization (that’s us!)
