Outback Registration Lottery Updates

Accounts have been updated with placements from the 2025 Outback lottery. Please log into your account in our online registration system and navigate to “My Activities” to see which weeks your child has been enrolled and follow the next steps outlined below.
If you are ready to confirm your child’s enrollment, please address the $200 per week of regular day, $1 per week of extended day deposit within three business days by one of the following options: 1) Paying online Click “Pay Now” in “My Activities.” You can pay full tuition or select “Pay a deposit of (deposit total).” 2) Paying with a check or money order Please mail or drop off a check made payable to Maria L. Baldwin Community Center to 20 Sacramento Street, postmarked within three business days. 3) Submitting a form to sign up for automatic withdrawal (ACH)Please mail or drop off a completed ACH sign up form with a voided check to 20 Sacramento Street, postmarked within three business days. You can also scan and email your form and check to registration@agassiz.org. 4) Indicating that you will be applying for financial aid Click “Pay Now” and enter the discount code SCH2026 if you want to apply for a scholarship or VOU2026 if you have a childcare voucher. You will not be asked to pay tuition until your application has been processed or your childcare voucher has been confirmed. Scholarship applicants should download the application here and submit their completed form and supporting documents to Registration by May 1st. Please allow a few weeks for us to collect and process scholarship applications. You will be notified via email when your application has been processed. Families with childcare vouchers should email registration@agassiz.org to complete their confirmation of provider form. More information about our financial aid options can be found here. Applications for Outback 2025 will be due by May 1st. Deposits will be deducted from your total balance. Once paid, they are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Remaining tuition is refundable until May 1st when final payments are due. No tuition will be refunded after May 1st, 2025. Our tuition policies are available here. Failure to address your deposit could result in forfeiture of your child’s enrollment. Please see below for next steps for other scenarios. If you would like to make adjustments to your child’s enrollment, such as withdraw from a week or add extended day, please contact registration@agassiz.org to do so as soon as possible. Once your child’s enrollment has been adjusted, please follow the instructions outlined above to confirm their placement. If you’d like to join the waitlist for any weeks that you did not originally join during the lottery period, you will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis for availability during those weeks (see below for next steps). If you are on the waitlist for any weeks, we will reach out to you if a spot becomes available for your child. Any families who enrolled during the lottery period (January 21st-February 2nd) will be placed via lottery if a spot becomes available. We will only offer spots to families who enrolled after February 2nd after we’ve gone through our lottery waitlist. |
