Research shows that positive interactions between young and old are good for everyone. Children and teens receive needed mentoring and attention, while older folks benefit from an increased sense of purpose and engagement. The many ways to bring young people into your life include caring for your grandchildren. But if you have no grandchildren or none living close by, there are lots of opportunities to share your wisdom and time with the young.
