The Living Well Network will host a consciousness-raising group series for women on ageism & sexism, to be held monthly starting in October.

Would you like to be pleased and proud about aging? What would an age-friendly world look like?

Ageism is judging, stereotyping, and discriminating against older people. Yet, aging is how we move through life! In this group, we will discuss how ageism affects us, in several areas. We will read the book This Chair Rocks: A Manifesto Against Ageism, by Ashton Applewhite. Explore it here.
