Phoebe Sinclair, in addition to serving as the first point of contact for community-related inquiries and issues, writes and produces The Whistler newsletter and is chief website wrangler. She is a life-long writer who holds a bachelor’s of fine arts in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College.
