LWN YOGA_AIKIDO TEACHERSSaturday Yoga, Energetic Breathwork & Akido class is geared towards people 40 and over –beginners and intermediate yogi. The classes have helped people regain flexibility in muscles and joints. A few years back, some of the students couldn’t bend over and touch their knees; now they can touch their toes! We take our teaching seriously and work to enhance everybody’s health and well-being. Every week we check-in with attendees to ask about pains and aches and make adjustments to lessons when necessary. If someone starts out not being able to sit on the floor, we pull out a chair –to use as a prop.

During the September 28- October 26 series Christine and Matthew will focus on joint loosening, bilateral movement and balance.
