The U.S. Small Business Administration has declared the severe storms and flooding of July 10, 2010 that affected much of Eastern Middlesex County a disaster. This declaration allows eligible parties to apply for low interest loans to recover from physical damage and/or economic injury.

The deadline to apply for a physical damage loan is September 27, 2010. For economic injury the date is April 27, 2011.
