 As a Cambridge-area resource for aging, the Living Well Network will periodically use the LWN Update to inform the community about valuable local connections that are relevant and specific to those growing older.Following the village model since 2007, Cambridge at Home has been providing programs, services and professional staff that foster staying in one’s home and helping with the everyday challenges that arise during the transitions of aging. Recently the organization changed its name to Cambridge Neighbors to better reflect its service area: Cambridge, Arlington, Belmont, Somerville, and Watertown.
