LWN Activities and Programs

The Living Well Network offers a wide variety of classes and activities for the Cambridge community, ages 55+, including:
- Monthly Consciousness-Raising Group for Women on Ageism & Sexism
- Book Group on Aging
- Men’s Group One of our newest offerings, the Men’s Group meets monthly to connect and discuss any topics of interest. Reach out to Randi if you are interested in joining.
- Aging Support Group meets monthly, on Zoom. The goals of this group are to educate ourselves and explore feelings about the life issues that arise as we age – remaining at home (“aging in place”), financial issues, dealing with ageism, breaking isolation, housing options, finding community, declining health, widow(er)hood, etc. Together, we explore options and resources, share our experiences and knowledge, and provide support for each other’s individual journeys. Reach out to Randi if you are interested in joining.
- Aging Gracefully with Yoga
- Tai Chi
- Weekly Walking Group: Enjoy exploring nature in the Baldwin neighborhood with a gentle walk on Fridays. Reach out to Randi if you are interested in joining.
The Living Well Network nurtures the formation of groups of like minded individuals whether for walking, knitting, singing, or learning something new. Contact us if you have something in mind and would like to look for others to join with. LWN will help with outreach, space, and scheduling to bring you together for fun and creative expression.
